Terry is General Manager of the Yamaha R&D Centre in London, which is a Sustaining Member of the AES. Originally from California, Terry earned a BA degree in Radio and Television Production from California State University, Long Beach. Since joining the Yamaha Research & Development Centre in 1991, he has contributed to the planning and development of many Pro Audio products, including a wide range of digital mixing consoles from the PM1D and DM2000 through to the most recent CL and QL series of networked mixing consoles. Terry is also a member of the Board of Directors for the OCA (Open Control Architecture) Alliance which is working to establish an open communications standard for control and monitoring of devices in professional media networks.
