Kyle Wesloh is the Director of Media Technology at American Public Media and Minnesota Public Radio
His team facilitates digital distribution, enterprise playout and editing systems, APM’s network control and the archive. In the past year Kyle has been involved in several industry leading projects including the Public Media Podcast Counting initiative with NPR, WNYC and other lead stations and also Metapub, a new methodology for meta data distribution. He helped guide APM to the new Public Radio loudness spec along with project lead Rob Byers. Wesloh is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music with a degree in music production and engineering and worked for many years as a classical and jazz recording engineer.
