Jin Xie received his bachelor's degree in 1995 from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, and his PHD in 2006 from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA, all in Electrical Engineering. Since 2006 he has been working at Marvell Technology Group Ltd. on signal processing algorithms research and development for data storage and audio products.
