Through his career Martin got experience in very differing aspects of professional and consumer oriented digital audio signal processing. As an R&D Engineer for Telos Systems, Cleveland OH, he was responsible for developing new audio signal processing algorithms and corresponding hardware implementations for the professional broadcast market. As a Senior Engineer in the Creative Advanced Technology Center, Scotts Valley CA, he was able to develop new signal processing algorithms for consumer products and to manage related projects and technology transfers. As the Group Manager of Customer Support at Coding Technologies, Nuremberg Germany, he worked with the leading manufactures in the areas of digital broadcasting and mobile applications to include licensed technologies in their products and devices and was also responsible for day-to-day activities of the company as Manager Operations. Today Martin is managing an R&D organization at Dolby Laboratories which specializes in research, development and implementation of audio compression technologies.
