Diego Frei is a researcher at ISIN-SUPSI. Diego Frei completed his diploma in Computer Science with specialization in networking software and architectures at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland in 2006. From early 2007 he started working as research assistant, where he contributed to the implementation of a prototyping tool for stream-processing applications based on model-driven code-generation techniques. In recent years his research interests include software optimizations for high-performance real-time applications, including signal-processing and stream-processing software for multi-core processors and hardware accelerators.
