A Grammy winning recording engineer in his other life (he recorded "Wagon Wheel"), Matt handles all of the music-related audio on the “Nashville” set. This includes ProTools playback, in-ear monitor mixing, FOH mixing for concert shoots, and lots of moving VU meters and ProTools screens to make everything look legitimate on camera. It’s a full-time gig.
Matt studied music and audio at New York University (back when NYC was scrappy) and has lived in Nashville for 21 years.
