Roger Shively

Roger Shively has over 25 years of experience in Acoustic Systems Engineering for branded audio in OEM automakers in North America, Europe, and Asia. He is a co-founder of JJR Acoustics. He has worked business development and as the technical director for existing and future automotive audio and multimedia designs for acoustic system development. He has also worked as the functional manager for North American and Asian engineering product development teams. Roger Shively received his degree in Acoustical Engineering from Purdue University in 1983, and post-graduate work in the field of finite element analysis. He is a member of the Audio Engineering Society, Acoustical Society of America, and Society of Automotive Engineering. He has published 15 scientific papers in the areas of transducers, automotive audio, psychoacoustics, and computer modeling. He also holds patents in the field of automotive audio.
