LEANNE UNGAR is a Professor of Music Production and Engineering at Berklee College of Music and an independent engineer and producer for major artists, film and television scores. Her technical skills encompass both analog equipment and digital applications. For many years Ungar was Leonard Cohen’s engineer of choice; she engineered seven of his albums. She has more than 30 years of studio experience that includes work with Laurie Anderson, Holly Cole, The Temptations, Fishbone, Janis Ian, Guster, Paul Winter Consort, and Carlene Carter. Television scores include thirtysomething, The Wonder Years, Full House, and Family Matters. Film credits include Kafka, Pump Up the Volume, Solaris and The Limey.
