PerMagnus Lindborg

PerMagnus Lindborg is a member of the Norwegian Society of Composers, assistant professor at the School of Art, Design, and Media, Singapore, and board member of ICMA. His work focuses on interactive multichannel sound installations and research in soundscape perception. Highlights include publications by IRCAM-Delatour, Applied Acoustics, LNCS; performances in 25 countries; recordings on ECM, Daphne, and Ash International; prizes at Montreol Forum 1996 and Stavanger 2002; commissions from Centre Pompidou 2002, Ultima 2006, Singapore Arts Festival 2010; installations at WSD 2013, ISEA 2008, ICMC 2011, 2013, 2014; and as part of freq-out, sonic artworks at Stedelijk/Amsterdam and MoMA/Stockholm. He initiated and chaired SI13 and SI15 Symposia. When not making strange sounds, PerMagnus likes diving coral reefs around South-East Asia.
