Nikolaos Tsipas

N. K. Tsipas was born in Alexandroupoli, Greece in 1985. He received the diploma degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece in 2009 and the M.Sc. degree in "Advanced Computer and Communication Systems" from the same institution in 2012. He enrolled at the Graduate Program of the Electrical and Computer Engineering department to the doctorate, focusing on "Audio-visual Media Processing Systems", in 2012. His main areas of research interest include music information retrieval systems, audiovisual segmentation and classification techniques and audiovisual semantic annotation tools.
