Dr Jaume Segura received his degree in Physics by the University of Valencia in 1998. He also received his PhD degree in Applied Physics in 2003. From 2003 to 2008, he worked at the IRTIC in the University of Valencia. Currently, he is associate professor in the Escola Tècnica Superior d’Enginyeries at the University of Valencia. His research interests are related to environmental acoustics, room acoustics, signal processing, electromagnetism and telematics. He has participated in different financed projects in public competition within the Spanish National Plan R&D, in addition he has developed research and consultant activities in some of this areas. He has published more than 70 contributions to national and international journals, congresses and seminars. He also has co-authored several books and book chapters. He has participated in several scientific committees for research prizes and also as a projects reviewer.
