Ricardo Bragança

Ricardo Bragança has been working in the media industry since 2001. Since then he has established professional relationships with clients such as AVID, Royal Film Commission - Jordan, SAE, RTP, SLB, UCP, RCA, BFM, Golden Kuker, among others. He has a strong passion for education. He taught at the Portuguese Catholic University, guest lectured at the University of Helsinki in Finland and relocated to the middle east in 2011. He was also responsible for implementing and managing AVID Pro Tools Certified Training Centres in Portugal, Jordan and in Dubai. Most recently he has accepted a full-time lecturing position at the prestigious UAE University. Portuguese born Ricardo holds a five year Licentiate Degree in Sound and Image from the Portuguese Catholic University and concluded with distinction a Master of Arts in Audio Production at the University of Westminster in London. He is also an official AVID Pro Tools instructor specialized in Audio Post-Production. He is currently attending an Executive MBA programme at Hult International Business School in Dubai, which will be completed in 2016. Ricardo’s main research interests are: education management, leadership in media, consulting, audio post-production, Pro Tools and game audio.
