Dr. Roan is an associate professor of Mechanical Engineering at Virginia Tech. He received his MS and PhD degrees in Acoustics from the Pennsylvania State University specializing in Acoustical Signal Processing. His research interests include the measurement and reproduction of spatial audio, signal processing, and computer music production.
