Many of the albums he has worked on have gone on to win various Grammys and/or TEC Awards. In 2002, Robert Hadley received a TEC Award for Outstanding Creative Achievement for his work on Diana Krall’s, “The Look Of Love,” in the Best Record Production/Album category. That album also won a Grammy for Best Engineered Album the same year. Robert Hadley was nominated for Album Of The Year in 2002, for his work on the Dixie Chicks “Home” album. In 2005, Robert received two Grammy awards for his work on Ray Charles, “Genius Love’s Company;” The first Grammy was for Best Surround Album. The second, for Album of the Year. In 2005, he also won a Tech Award for the same album, in the record production album category. In 2006 he received his fourth Grammy nomination, in the Surround Sound category, for Diana Krall’s “The Girl In The Other Room.”
