Studio Referral Service is the brainchild of Ellis Sorkin who was a staff engineer for many years at A&M studios. In 1980 the concept of having a central booking agency for recording studios came to him and he developed this now international company. In the 35 years S.R.S.has been around they have set up studios for Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Lady Gaga, Metallica, Pink, Katy Perry, Eminem, 50 Cent, Linkin' Park, Korn, Limp Bizkit, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and on and on.
