John Krivit is the most recently elected President-elect of the AES. He has been the Chair of the AES Education Committee and an elected Governor of the Society. He is an Associate Professor of Audio & Media Technology at the New England Institute of Art in Brookline, MA and teaches additionally at Emerson College and Bay State College. John is the founder of the Boston Area Definitive Audio Student Summit, an annual AES gathering of hundreds of audio students, faculty, professionals and enthusiasts now in its 8th year.
