Multi-Grammy winning producer/engineer Eddie Kramer has been creating hit records for over forty years. His Credits range from The Beatles, David Bowie, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, The Kinks, Kiss and Led Zeppelin to Carlos Santana and The Rolling Stones. A genuine renaissance man, in addition to his considerable skills behind the recording studio console, Eddie Kramer is an accomplished photographer, a published author, a recording studio and technical gear designer.

Kramer began his career at age 20, in 1962 at Advision Studios in London. A year later he joined Pye Studios, where he assisted on recordings by the Kinks, The Searchers, and Sammy Davis Jr. In 1964 he founded KPS Studios, a mono and two-track facility which was acquired in 1965 by Regent Sound, where the Rolling Stones recorded their first album. His early credits also include two Beatles hits; All You Need is Love and Baby You're a Rich Man. In 1967 he engineered albums for the Rolling Stones, Small Faces, Traffic, and Jimi Hendrix, and instantly became a permanent part of Hendrix’s creative process. In 1968 He relocated to New York to continue working with Hendrix.

In addition to recording the historic 1969 live Woodstock Festival, Kramer has gone on to serve as a primary curator and expert on the Jimi Hendrix legacy, and to work with numerous superstar talents including Buddy Guy, Carly Simon and John Lennon.
