Joseph (Joe) Tylka is a physicist turned audio engineer from Silver Spring, Maryland. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering department at Princeton University, with a focus on acoustics and signal processing. He received his B.S. in Physics with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Maryland, College Park in May 2012. Joe's research interests include 3-D audio, psychoacoustics, and digital signal processing.
