Abstract:
Loudness normalization is rapidly becoming the new standard for leveling audio. The transition has started in TV and is currently moving into other areas such as radio and the music world. In this session the basics will be summarized, and then a detailed view will be offered on some specific areas like the relative gate, the speech gate, recent developments in radio and more.
