Abstract:
The “TiME Lab” at Fraunhofer's Heinrich Hertz Institute for Communications Technology is equipped with a cylindrical screen that curves 180°, a 3-D multi-projection system comprised of 14 HD projectors, and a wave field synthesis (WFS) system with ceiling extensions manufactured by IOSONO. Within the technical tour we will display and discuss recent productions for 180°-projection and 3-D-Audio, as well as first results of the most recent production Lover, which was produced in a cooperation with Sennheiser's 3D-Audio Department and will be presented both on WFS and on an Auro3D-speakersystem consisting of Neumann KH-line loudspeakers.
