The author graduated in Electroacoustics from The University of Salford in England in 1996. Since then he has been engaged in loudspeaker research and development and particularly the development of active loudspeaker systems for Bang & Olufsen in Denmark where the author lives with his family. During his professional career, the author has presented several papers for the AES including subjects such as programme material analysis and thermal modelling and simulation of loudspeakers. In recent years, the author has moved into automotive acoustics for Bang & Olufsen.
