John Blair

John Blair is an accomplished composer, performer and producer.
He is a certified Logic Pro trainer allowing him to combine compositional, performance and technical skills on a variety of creative projects. Most recently he worked in the music department on the feature You’re Not You , Indie-feature Should’ve Kissed (premiered at the KAFF in NY and Los Angeles 2012) and Pastor Shepherd (starring Danny Trejo 2010).
As a member of Manhattan Producers’ Alliance and a Logic expert, John coordinates several Logic-based film scoring workshops at the Apple Theater in SoHo. Some of the distinguished guests have included: award-winning music editor Todd Kasow and Oscar winning sound mixer Tom Fleischman.
John is an alumnus of both BMI’s scholarship programs Composing for the Screen and Jazz Composers’ Workshop.
