Roger Gibboni

For more than 20 years, first as an electrical engineer who made the switch to plant management at General Electric and then as owner of a successful printing business, Roger Gibboni has led highly effective work teams that deliver results.
Roger joined Dulye & Co. as Business Manager in 2003, after 11 years as owner and president of New York-based Walden Printing Co. In less than a decade he grew the business from $1.5 million in revenues to more than $12 million by incorporating Lean manufacturing processes, team-based leadership, statistical process controls and inventory reduction programs.
From 1981 through 1992, Roger worked in several leadership positions with General Electric, where he led major manufacturing and engineering programs to unprecedented results in productivity and competitiveness through 2-Way Communications efforts and a laser focus on continuous improvement. His last position with GE was as plant manager of a New Jersey-based Aerospace facility, where Roger led a team of more than 3,500 manufacturing and engineering employees in the design and production of Satellite Terminals, The NASA Space Station Communications Suite and Trident Submarine Radio Rooms.
In 2009, Roger established Roger’s High Fidelity, a New York-based manufacturer of technologically advanced amplifiers that vastly outperform available models. These old-school-meets-new school amplifiers pump out 100 watts per channel in a single box with minimal distortion and the convenience of connecting to digital music sources. They are also a 100% US manufactured product---and will stay that way!
Roger earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia. In addition, he enrolled in post-graduate studies at Drexel (Engineering Studies) and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School (Business Studies). At GE, Roger completed courses at the company’s Executive Development Program at the Crotonville School.
An active member of his community, Roger donates his time to several organizations in New York State’s Hudson Valley, including the Winslow Therapeutic Riding Center for Autistic Children in Warwick and The Warwick Valley Rotary Club.
In his free time Roger can be found reading his favorite history authors, piloting his airplane, rowing competitively in master’s races, and communicating with other amateur radio enthusiasts. And when he’s not creating a gourmet meal, he’s often enjoying the outdoors, either on skis, in hiking boots or in muck boots in the horse paddock at his family’s Deer Valley Farm.
