Dave Pawlik has been in the Communications Law Group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Fom LLP since 1992. He represents Broadway and other theatres in New York and around the country. He represented the coalition of wireless microphone users that appealed the FCC’s original White Spaces decision to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Dave has been involved in a wide variety of transactions in the communications industry and provides regulatory assistance and advice on communications issues to broadcasters, wireless carriers, programming producers, financial institutions, utilities, and service and software providers. Prior to law school, Dave spent twenty years in creative and supervisory positions in broadcasting and broadcast advertising.
