Join Vance Powell for a mix clinic in Studio A on the morning of Feb 21st, from 10 a.m. to noon.
Vance is an accomplished engineer and producer, having worked with many artists including Jack White, Alicia Keys, Buddy Guy, Jars of Clay, and many more. He spent many years as chief engineer at Blackbird Studios, and in 2009 he won a Grammy Award for Best Engineered Album, The Raconteurs’ “Consoler of the Lonely”. He currently runs Sputnik Sound studio in Nashville.
Vance will be sharing mixing techniques and giving a short talk to those in attendance. Don’t miss this great opportunity!
