Other business or activities at the meeting:To distract our sections members from the current lockdown, we initialized the first AES Student Section Graz Mixing Challenge! A set of stems of a richly instrumented hip hop track was provided. All participants had 10 days to mix the track. We were overwhelmed by the quality and the differences of all submissions! In a final virtual session, an open vote including all board members and participants was held over the best three mixes. In a tight race, Dominik Hemmer could prevail over his competitors. Congratulations!
Altough we hope not to be on lockdown again, the mixing challenge will surely be repeated!
