The Journal of the Audio Engineering Society uses Aries Editorial Manager (EM) for online submission and peer review. Please read the Author Guidelines before submitting a paper. If you have any questions, please email the Journal office.
New users will be required to create an account, but existing users can log in to author/reviewer/editor roles as appropriate. Please note that the User ID and Password used on the Journal submission website may or may not be the same as any logins used on the AES website or on the MIRA website (which handles convention/conference papers).
As part of your JAES submission, it is required to provide at least one suggestion for an expert who could review your manuscript (name and email address). The suggested reviewer(s) must not be biased (i.e., no immediate conflicts of interests with any of the authors), such as a close colleague or a collaborator of any co-authors. Our goal is to increase diversity among the pool of JAES reviewers, which implies that we warmly welcome suggestions of non-male and/or non-European experts.
