All AES Attendee Registration fees are non-refundable after September 20, 2019. All refund requests are subject to a 5% administrative fee. Replacement fee for lost badges $10. All badges should be picked up at the Advance Registration desk at the Javits Center. Individuals under the age of 16 will NOT be admitted into the Convention. Badges will not be mailed in advance.
