Omid joined HARMAN International in 2009, as an Audio Engineering intern working with R&D team. During his internship, Omid established himself as a valuable contributor working closely with the Sr. Pr. Acoustic Engineer and Acoustic Research Fellow which led him to be a co-author of two AES papers and a full-time Acoustic Engineer position In April of 2016. Since then, Omid has co-authored another five papers, one of which has won the AES “Best Peer-Reviewed Paper Award”.
Omid’s work is focused on objective and subjective tests and research on the perception and measurement of headphones, loudspeakers, room acoustics and automotive audio.
