All AES Attendee Registration fees are nonrefundable after September 20, 2018. All refund requests are subject to a 5% administrative fee. Replacement fee for lost badges $10. All badges should be picked up at the Advance Registration desk at the Javits Center. Individuals under the age of 16 will NOT be admitted into the Convention. Badges will not be mailed in advance.

Consent to Photography and Audio and Video Recordings by AES
By attending the Audio Engineering Society Convention (the "Convention"), whether as a presenter, volunteer, exhibitor, participant, sponsor, or for any other reason, you agree to give and hereby do give Audio Engineering Society, Inc. ("AES") and its agents, affiliates, licensees, and assignees the right to use your voice, image, and/or likeness as recorded at the Convention, by and through any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for commercial, marketing, advertising, and/or promotional purposes.

No Photography or Audio or Video Recordings by Attendees
You agree not to take pictures or videos where posted or announced as prohibited, and agree that any permitted photos or videos taken at the Convention will not be used for any commercial purposes and will not be made publicly available or generally displayed without the prior written consent of AES.
