An ardent entrepreneur, Linda co-founded RTE Group, Inc., a telecommunications consulting firm where she served as general counsel, and, later, CO Space, Inc., an early provider of data center services (and subject of a pre-IPO public company acquisition in 2000), for which she directed regulatory compliance. Across law and business, Linda’s experience includes business formation, financing and development, corporate governance, employment and intellectual property law, commercial transactions, tax matters, regulatory compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.
