Bobby Johanson has been recording ADR for over 25 years. In 1989 he started as a messenger at Sound One in New York. Soon after he was promoted into a machine room for their ADR stage. There he spent time supporting the sessions and learning the craft of Dialog Recording. After a few years he was given the opportunity to record as the mixer. While the technology age went from analog to digital he embraced the change and found ways to utilize the efficiency of this new era and incorporate it into the flow of his ADR sessions. After the closing of Sound One he recorded at Digital Cinema in New York. Now at Harbor Picture Company he is continuing to use his many skills to record feature films, animation,and television.
