Eelco Grimm (1966) lectures and researches at HKU University of the Arts Utrecht, Music and Technology, The Netherlands. He is co-owner of the high-end audio equipment manufacturer Grimm Audio. Eelco owns the recording and acoustical consulting company Fairytapes. He has been technical editor and editor in chief of the leading Dutch professional audio magazine Pro Audio & Visie. Eelco has developed measurement techniques and surround sound recording techniques. He has produced acclaimed cd's and written a book on optimising professional audio systems. Eelco sits on several loudness normalization committees in broadcast, cinema and music, including EBU P/LOUD, AES Techncal Committee on Audio for Cinema and AES Technical Committee on Broadcast and Online Delivery.
