John L. Ball

John L. Ball is a Systems Engineer for Microsoft Production Studios – Microsoft Corporation in Redmond WA. He received a B.A. in music technology from the University of Washington and began his professional audio career with Bad Animals/Seattle Studios.
In 1996 Mr. Ball was recruited by Microsoft to deliver audio to computer gaming platforms. His passion of the technical engineering side of computers applied to audio has been a natural fit to work with digital audio over an IP transport.
Mr. Ball and his daughter currently resided in Mill Creek Washington. His outside interests include designing and building custom metal work in his fabrication shop and riding his custom built motorcycle. Mr. Ball can be contacted at [email protected].
