Message from the Chair

As New York City continues to restore its business community, the AES is extremely honored to be able to present the 111th Convention, the largest event in the professional audio industry. We remain committed to presenting a convention that includes a technical program that focuses on the latest trends in audio, as well as the largest exhibit of professional audio equipment in the world. This year's line up of exhibitors is an especially strong example of the audio community's determination to drive the industry forward.

As you can see from the schedule, the 111th Convention will feature an unprecedented line up of papers sessions, workshops, special events, tours and student activities. This dynamic and varied program has been altered very little, and is the result of a very hard working convention committee whose dedication has propelled the program forward despite the obstacles placed before it.

The goal of the 111th Convention is to provide you with a program that proves to be educational, stimulating and interesting. We look forward to achieving this goal with you, when you come together with your esteemed colleagues in a city that thrives on its determination while capturing the spirit of our industry.
