AVAR Conference is SOLD OUT! Unfortunately we've already sold all available spots to our conference and there is not a waiting list. If you are an AVAR presenter and haven't registered yet you'll need to register on-site. (Note: anyone that registered for the AVAR conference after September 15th will only be allowed into the AVAR keynote opening/closing presentations on a space available basis.)

At least one author of each contribution must pay to register for the conference, and attend to present.
The authors' rate will be available for any author wishing to attend the conference.
In addition, authors who are AES members and are presenting at both the 141st Convention and the AVAR Conference will be charged an extra $100 to attend both events. (Note: those "dual" authors paying the extra $100 would be given a 2-day All Access badge to the convention.)
