AES Worship Sound Academy Early Registration Ends Monday, February 17

Early registration pricing for the all-new AES Worship Sound Academy ends Monday, February 17, and prospective registrants are encouraged to register now to save on this first-of-its-kind event, dedicated to training house-of-worship technical ministry staff and volunteers. Presented by the Audio Engineering Society in collaboration with Belmont University and the AES Nashville Section, the AES Worship Sound Academy takes place March 10 – 11 at the Johnson Center on the campus of Belmont University in Nashville, TN. A variety of educational sessions and workshops, an exhibition area, networking opportunities, and more will help attendees get the most out of their worship audio productions. Two-day badges are just $150 through Monday, February 17.

Examining the unique elements and challenges related to audio for houses of worship, the AES Worship Sound Academy will present a down-to-earth approach to applying the science of sound and optimizing available technologies for worship tech teams, however sophisticated their audio systems and whatever their experience level may be. From defining responsibilities within the team, to choosing the mic for each application, mixing for FOH and monitors, streaming and podcast options, special event production and much more over the two days, participants will gain valuable insights and knowledge to apply to their house-of-worship audio workflow.

Program details and online registration available at aesworship.org.
